Asbestos related cases
My particular expertise lies in handling asbestos-related cases and I have helped many victims of asbestos disease and their families with claims for more than 15 years. I understand what a difficult time it can be for anyone diagnosed with an asbestos related illness and my aim is to ensure the claims process is as straightforward as possible and dealt with sensitively. My experience in this area means I know how to utilise the fast track procedures available to assist my clients in reaching as swift a conclusion as possible, whilst also offering practical advice to meet my client’s individual family circumstances.
I frequently visit clients at home as they generally may be too ill to travel.
One client who was suffering from mesothelioma and whose case I settled within 5 months of being instructed wrote: 'Thank you so much for all your help, advice and kind words. We really appreciate everything you have done'.
I have also been involved in a Court of Appeal case and a number of high value settlements including a mesothelioma claim which settled for £1 million.
Another one of my asbestos clients wrote: 'A heartfelt thanks from my wife and myself for your attentiveness and professionalism'.
I am also able to represent families at Coroner’s Inquests and I am featured on the Birmingham and Solihull Coroner’s leaflet in respect of asbestos related death.
I am on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and am a member of the Association of Personal injury Lawyers.
