Jacqui is the Head of Client Services for Access Legal and is based in Reading.

She is responsible for the Client Services Department which incorporates the Personal Injury Motor Teams.

The Client Services deals with all new client enquiries for the consumer arm of the business. 

The Personal Injury Motor team comprises 6 Legal Advisers, each dealing with claims for injured road users.  The focus of this team is to be as process driven as possible, whilst retaining the personal touch for clients.

With a proven history in management, Jacqui also oversees the New Claims Unit which undertakes the data entry and client capture for the litigated claims into the business.

Jacqui joined Access Legal Solicitors in 2002, and is has recently completed her CILEx studies. Jacqui was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2014.
