Her particular interest is representing clients who have suffered complex multiple injuries, amputees and other serious orthopaedic injuries arising from motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents. She has dealt with many high value cases and ones where liability has been an issue, with successful results.
Anjali’s aim is to maximise her clients compensation whilst ensuring that the client has the necessary legal advice to make informed decisions. Anjali has successfully obtained an award of damages for a motorcyclist in excess of £1m for a motorcyclist who suffered a left arm, amputation and other multiple injuries.
She has taken cases to trial in the County Court and High Court. Anjali is also considerably experienced in dealing with MIB claims, particularly under the uninsured/untraced agreements. She is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
She qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. She joined Access Legal Solicitors in 2001.
