Sarah joined Shoosmiths in January 2016 as a Paralegal based in our Birmingham office specialising in Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts.

Prior to joining Shoosmiths Solicitors, Sarah worked as a Court of Protection Paralegal for several years in a national leading law firm.

Work Highlights

Sarah manages a complex and varied case load where she predominantly assists clients nationally with the creation and ongoing administration of their Personal Injury Trusts.

In addition, Sarah acts for professional Deputies in relation to managing the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack capacity either as a result of suffering catastrophic injuries or suffering a traumatic brain injury at birth. Sarah also acts for elderly clients who are unable to manage their affairs due to the onset of dementia.

Sarah is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
