I joined Access Legal Solicitors in 2016. I am passionate about recovering compensation for clients who, through no fault of their own, have sustained an injury or illness at their place of work. I will work closely with them to obtain as much information as possible to successfully resolve their claim, as well as carrying out complex investigations into the corporate history of the defendant employers.
I have experience in working with a diverse range of personal injury cases including complex accidents at work or in public places, serious road traffic accidents and uninsured driver claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau.
I spent a number of years working within the Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) Breast Implant Group Litigation. I dealt with over 600 clients and settled claims involving the often complex injuries and losses sustained as a result of the faulty breast implants.
Clients have remarked that Kate was ‘friendly and accessible’ and handled their claim ‘excellent from start to finish’.
